Tomorrow Farm Yarn and
Fiber CSA:
Though we are not a certified-organic farm, we practice natural and sustainable methods of caring for our animals
and our
land. We use no pesticides or herbicides on the property and all animals receive proper medical attention when necessary.
We treat our animals more like pets than livestock!

Our fiber crop will be harvested in June, then
carefully cleaned and processed right here on the farm in our brand new fiber studio. We normally allow 10-12 weeks for processing.
Shareholders will receive an assortment of alpaca fiber, in natural solid colors and blends around the first week of
October.
Spinning is easy and satisfying – we’ll teach you how! Perhaps you are a knitter
who would like more control over the yarns you use. We’ll be happy to get you started spinning,
and provide the resources you need to excel at this simple heritage craft.
For seasoned spinners, we know you’ll enjoy working
with these outstanding fibers and blends.
For knitters and
crocheters, you'll
be able to enjoy our amazing alpacas in the comfort of your home by bringing to your house the yarn spun from these fascinating
creatures.
A share of Tomorrow Farm's Fiber or Yarn CSA also makes a wonderful gift for a spinner
or knitter who values sustainable agriculture and a deep connection to his or her fiber. Your gift recipient can also
enjoy farm life just minutes from the city through our scheduled events and regular updates.
As in vegetable garden CSAs, our fiber CSA cannot guarantee
the exact amount of roving or yarn that will be distributed to each shareholder. We have set up our shares with a minimum
amount, meaning, you will get AT LEAST that amount. We will limit the number of shares available to ensure a satisfactory
harvest for each shareholder. If the crop of fiber seems low, we reserve the right to supplement the clip with quality
fiber purchased from other local farms.
We
want our shareholders to be fully satisfied with their crop at the end of the year!
